Been considering the Nexus 5 or the Moto X for a couple of weeks. If I were to buy the Moto X Developer edition on Verizon, would I be able to take it to another carrier later, i.e. TMo or AT&T? Or are the radios completely different to where the GMS carriers with LTE wouldn't work with the Verizon version? I am really looking to leave Verizon, but still at least 6 months from being able to. I am fully prepared to pay the full price, which has recently come down to $550. Cheers!

Different carrier bands, so no. The Verizon Developer Edition will work on Verizon.
