No. As of 1:45 CST, it's still not working. I'm following Motorola on Twitter, and just 10 minutes ago they posted:

"Sorry - we know it's frustrating! Working to get it up and running"

Yes, Moto, it is frustrating!! But, alas, I will keep trying.

I was on the phone with Motorola for 1 hour and 12 minutes to have their customer service promise to call me back when it is up and running. Have the phone in my cart just can't check out. The gentleman representing Motorola said they promise to make this right for me so we will see how it goes. He did say that the Verizon Developer Edition is sold out for the promotion.
