I am about to consult with Motorola on the phone about my battery lasting about 4+ hours less than my previous 2 moto x’s, turns out I am too late to return it (thought it was before 30 days, but really it’s 14). I was just trying to trouble shoot with them over chat but they requeue’d me 3 times then the last time ended up in support for Brazil. *eye roll*
Anyway, gonna try by phone tonight. Always a possibility they figure out a software issue which would be great, les drama for me, but also possible not and it's a hardware issue. For anyone who had a motomaker hardware issue, how did they handle it? And what happened in the end? Thanks. Hopefully they find 4+ hours an issue and don't just blow it off.
