Don't know if it has any bearing on my device getting it right away but I did add my device to participate in the Motorola Feedback Network:

Has anyone else tried pushing the update over the Motorola Device Manager? I've tried it and it keeps telling me that my software is already up to date. I feel so impatient right now lol...

I dont think so.Wiping your device wont force the update.Id say hang tight since others are reporting getting it now.

So what good is the check for updates button for again???? WTH.

Staged rollout. Periods of push until it's available for pull. Been like that for awhile.

That's the same build number of the soak but there were some fixes.

You're going to enjoy better battery life and the Hangouts and voicemail bugs are fixed. This are the two things I noticed.

You may need to back it up. Revert to stock and then restore.

Are you saying this official OTA is different than the soak version? And if so, will the soak testers be getting a new OTA as well?
