I found a website that showed you what tools you needed and how to do it, but wondering if anyone has actually done it. And if so, where did you find the new battery??
I have always said how I would never get an iphone if only because of the non-replaceable battery which I considered a deal-breaker (and personally think should be illegal), but now find myself strongly considering the Moto X as my fist smartphone, which seems great except for this one major flaw. I have always had spare batteries for my phones and really, really hate the idea of junking a $400 phone (and having to shell out for a new one) just because the ******* battery died, for numerous reasons. However, I also want a phone that I can fit in a pocket easily and use with one hand and it seems there just aren't many 4G options like this with a replaceable battery. I would probably get the S4 Mini if it was available on AT&T.
