I have been playing Castleville Legends for few months and a few weeks ago it started not loading properly. I have done everything Zynga has suggested to fix the problem, including deleting and re-installing several times. The game does load but is not functional -- not all the buildings load and I can not move around the game. Is there any other option beside a factory reset?
