Got the phone 2 days ago and started at 100% this morning. Screen brightness at AUTO. Went on a four hour bike ride using Strava. End of my day.

Thanks for posting. Not bad.

But it seems like you didn't do much else other than use Strava. Can you also post screen-on time? I'd be more curious about how the phone fares when doing your everyday tasks, like messaging, emailing, browsing, gaming, calling, etc.

Screen time at 24% for a 16 hour day is relatively high. If it's anything close to 3 hours, that would be impressive (in my opinion), especially considering there is another application ahead of it.

That would be 3.84 hours when you do the math.

If you click "screen" from your battery list in that screen shot you took it'll tell you screen on time.

That would be 3.84 hours when you do the math.

Don't think there's a direct mathematical correlation between screen % usage and SOT. For example, if the screen was on 100% of the time battery % usage would be much less than 100% because other things will use power. Likewise, screen brightness changes will change power usage without changing SOT.

Guys/gals, keep in mind that by using Stava, most likely his gps was on for 4 hours too, so it's not only an app that was being executed, hardware was being used too

Yeah I think the battery is going to be just fine for me. Once I calm down with the new phone fidget. Thinking about getting the fast charger though. Just waiting on a review somewhere...anywhere...hint hint....

Here we go - take that Andtech. I disabled all bloatware and set up my new phone and still got great battery life from a full charge.

So take some reviews with a grain of salt.... Writing this on 1% battery. I bet can get 5hrs of screen time.

Were you on LTE a lot or on WiFi most of the time? Good numbers though.

Both about equally. Disable stuff I disabled every bloatware app. So I'm nearly running stock

14 apps or so not running helps a lot

Who needs Korean input? Unless you are Korean.
