Not receiving app notifications unless on Wifi...

So I've recently noticed, I wont receive any push notifications (tapatalk, email, etc) until im on a wifi connection. I receive texts, calls. All data restrictions are off, so that's not the issue.

I had greenify installed for about 10 minutes a week ago, and I believe the problem has persisted since. It's uninstalled, but could that be causing my issue?

1) Does the internet work if you're not on a wifi connection? If not, your APN settings could be wrong. (voice and text don't depend on the internet.)

2) If you hibernated your mobile data and left it that way, it could cause a problem. Reinstall Greenify and turn off all apps if any are on.

Mobile data works when I access apps. I get LTE, and if I go into any app that needs mobile data no issues.

I reinstalled greenify, ,checked and can't see where I'd have anything hibernating. I'll check a little more. However if I need to do a hard reset, I'm going back to KitKat!
