when I go to settings / apps / all and scroll down to phone, there are THREE apps named Phone all with slightly different icons and different permissions (but same version numbers). does anyone else have this? PS I factory reset my device and they still show up AND their cache and data sizes remained persistent. ANDROID LOLLIPOP SECOND GEN.

Yes, I have all three, and I don't think it's malware.

I have 3 as well. I "assumed" it was related to the fact that there was a guest account( or add an account) option on Lollipop. Under Settings>Users

Why would you assume that's malware? Seems like a pretty big logical leap.
