My Moto X is not turning on after water splash, how can I fix this?

my moto x is not turning on after water splash

my moto x 2nd generation is not turning on after water splash it showed green horizontal lines and now i can see only a red light on upper left corner and sometimes a viberation still its not turning on or anything

I would suggest leaving it for a decent amount of time to see if it will "dry out". Don't shake the phone or anything like that. Was this just a splash or a full on submersion? I'm surprised a splash would cause major damage.

From what you're saying it seems like your screen has been affected and that's why you're just getting green lines at the moment. You're getting vibrations which tells me that the phone is actually turning on, or at least trying to (it can't vibrate without any power going to it). Just leave it, with the power turned off, and cross your fingers. You could try putting it in a sealed bag with some rice. Not sure if that rice trick actually works, but I guess you've got nothing to lose by trying it
