Does HD voice for Verizon work on the Moto X Pure Edition?

Hello my wife got a MXPE - I enabled HD voice on her line and made sure the slider for VOLTE is on. When she calls me I dont get the HD icon in the corner of the call on my device (Droid turbo) like i do when other verizon customers with HD voice. Does this mean its not working? Can anyone confirm if HD voice works on the MXPE? I've seen lots of confirmation of simultaneous voice and data by people, but no one confirming if they can see if they are making an HD voice call.

Yes. I have my Moto X Pure on Verizon currently and HD voice works fine.

I have a Moto X Pure Edition and one of my co-workers has a Droid Turbo. The HD Voice works remarkably well.
