Looking For Android Wear Like Camera Control

I'd like to be able to launch the phones camera and trigger the shutter remotely just like I could with my Moto 360 (which I returned) on my tablet. It was seamless and easy with the 360, but the apps I've tested for my tab are cumbersome what with having to go to a web page and enter an IP address. Does anyone know of an app that would allow me to simply open my tablet, click an icon and see the video from mt MXP?

I can tell you to avoid Webofcam. I installed it and played around with it (too much trouble) then I turned my phone off and went to bed. Even on the charger, in the morning the phone was red hot and the battery was at 60%...ON THE CHARGER!
