Sim card inserted but getting "No Service"

Hello,
I have Moto X Play XT1563 which I rooted with the process given on the websites available. Everything worked fine but somehow while installing SuperSU my phone service gone dead. Sim was inserted but was not getting phone service. After that I installed Cyanogene mod, ressurection and finally stock rom version 6.0.1 but the problem has not been resolved. Can anyone provide me the solution with this problem or do I have to give it to service center for repairing?

It could be as simple as a bad SIM card (your carrier should replace it) or as bad as a bad radio (for which it would have to go in for repair).
