I'll post a couple battery graphs later today to show you. Maybe it's just me. I only have the default battery stats that come in Pie.

I believe you. I just haven't had that issue. I'm really happy with this smartphone. Very shocked that I haven't had any real issues.

In case anyone's interested, the 32 GB X4 Android One is still $149 on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Andr...cUvbUpU6467309

I prefer the 'standard" Moto X4 over the Android One version. Moto's 'custom' version of Android is still very clean and they have a pretty decent track record of updating it. At least a few times the Moto version of Android was updated before the Android One version - which makes no sense but true. So the supposed benefits of a pure android aren't that impressive. And the Android One version lacks some of the truly helpful Moto customizations that I find useful like shake-to-flashlight and twist-to-camera.

Yeah, I saw that. Not sure whether to get a spare or not. What a great price.

I choose the standard X4 for similar reasons.

That's not accurate. I have the Android one version and it has the shake for flashlight and the twist for camera features.

Is that native, or do you have to install some kind of Moto app?

This is the native app that cannot be deleted. Came with the phone out of the box.

Where are they selling the original X4? I can't find it anywhere. Even when I go to the Motorola site, it pushes you to the Android One version. I remember seeing a video detailing the differences between the two versions. Does the original have Alexa built in?
