Comparable specs to my s7, beats it in others, will leave out camera opinions until I see the pictures myself. I'm sure battery life will have a significant difference over my s7 though. Especially the way I use the phone.

No one is talking about what makes the Droid edition different. Did they even say or is it just since its an exclusive for the first few months?

The only difference is the Verizon software and DROID branding on the camera.

Like buying any carrier phone.

There are some brands that are slower than others and ever since Lenovo took over it has gotten worse. When it was Motorola and then Motorola Mobility they were average. When Google took over they were great. Lenovo sucks when it comes to updates and broken promises about updates. If you don't believe an ex Moto fan and beta tester go over to the Motorola support forum on the Lenovo site and you will be able to vetify that my information is accurate. If they were on par with everyone else I would still be with Moto.

I agree on the camera....regardless of how many Megapixels they crank....Moto cameras still pale by comparison. Maybe they will improve with the Z.

Yeah, rose gold and black looks nice.
Hella nice! Sexy even. And if you get tired of the fingerprints on that cool glassy backside, that black herringbone style swap looks equally awesome. If only they'd made a version with a larger display. Ah well, my loss.

(And, yes, no wireless charging.)
