How can i find out if my fiance has put mobile tracker or guest spy on my phone?

How I can find out if there is spy ware on my phone. It's driving me crazy. He gets all my messages incoming and outgoing and my Facebook messages and info. I need help. I feel like a child who can't have a private conversation but I'm 34 yrs old. Any tips ?? My phone cuts off by itself my wifi disconnects by it's self, my phone over heats etc

Change your passwords for Facebook and Messenger.
Is he getting your text messages, or messages from messaging apps like WhatsApp, etc?
You can try resetting your phone if you want to be 100% certain. But I'd definitely change all of my passwords.
