No recording sound from Qtalk on Moto z3 Play ?

Hello & Thanks ,
I just purchased a 'Moto z3 Play'
and installed Qtalk from this post:

and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qtalk.app

I tried recording an outgoing call .
All seemed to go well (1.2 minute recording)
except when I listen to the recording
there is no sound .
I sent them 'contact@quiph.com' a report
but no reply yet.
Anyone having good results from Qtalk ?

Just trying to understand:
If i am on https://forums.androidcentral.com/moto-z3-play/
and I 'click on Ask a Question' button ,
where does it end up , what Forum ?
For example: This morning I Posted this question
?
"No recording sound from Qtalk on Moto z3 Play ?"
but I can't find it anywhere .
If I search for "qtalk" i get only

but not my Post .
