sim1 can't receiving voice and dialing call

Dear all
I just bought around a week the Z2play but this problem comes up just aware.
For the first I thought my card was broken but actually coming from slot sim1
Here the detail
What ever sim put on sim1 slot won't receiving voice call
Can't make a call
While we call the sim1 number from other phone it's call saound but actually the Z2play won't ringing.
And the sim1 only worked on 4g and not other band
Any one of you happen just like this
Just give me the guidance

What's the exact model number of the phone, and which carrier is the SIM from?

How did the SC resolve this problem? I have the same problem. I have an AT&T sim and TIM sim. No voice calling with sin 1. It doesn't matter which sim is in sim 1 or if there is only one sin in sim 1. There must be a code that can be entered to activate voice calling on sim 1
