I arranged for my sister to buy a Droid 2 on Amazon about 15 months ago. Her phone is now acting up (she doesn't carry a case and I'm sure enough drops finally caught up). Does anyone know if she can go to Verizon or will we have to go through Amazon for a new phone? I know she isn't due for a new phone as she's locked into her contract. Thanks in advance if anyone has an answer on how about moving forward for a replacement handset.
