I am new to the Droid brand phones, recently upgrading to the Droid 2 from an LG Voyager. I tried to search for the answer to this, but could not find any results.
I noticed that while I was watching YouTube videos or playing games, I am not able to turn the sound down using the sound buttons on the side of the phone. In fact, I couldn't find anywhere to turn the sound down! Even if I press the side buttons down so that the "media volume" display shows an "X", it would sill stay at the same level of sound, which is rather loud.
The only way I know to turn the sound down on games is to actually turn the sound off via a game option...but that's turning the sound off completely. I just want to turn it down so it isn't blasting my ears. I found no way to do this while watching videos.
How can I turn the volume down while watching videos or playing games? Is this a problem with the OS? Or is this a problem with the recent "FroYo" update that seems to be causing many bugs?
