Moving files FROM SD card to Droid 2

Hello-- recently purchased a Droid 2. The verizon worker who set my phone up told me that I could easily take the SD card from my OLD phone, put it in my new Droid 2, and transfer the pics from my card TO my phone (in order to then transfer them back onto the larger SD card that came with the Droid).

I can't seem to figure out how to do this?

I just moved pics from my sd card to internal. I put them in the empty Cadge folder. I used File Explorer avail from Market.

I tried using Astro but failed.

Fastest way for U is to xfer to the comupter then to new card.
