Screen issue when charging

I have noticed, while my phone is on charge that if I try to use the touch screen to do anything it is laggy, and won't highlight where I am touching has anyone else noticed this? I can use keypad just fine and as soon as I unplug the charger(s) there is no issue at all!

Others have reported that as well.
I didn't notice it until I had it in the wall charger.
When I use the USB charger on my laptop, or the car charger, there are no problems.

Is this with the D2 or D2G? I've used my D2 plenty of times while plugged into the wall charger without any issue at all.

I have the D2. It must depend on the charger. The screen behavior is strange with the wall charger at my house, but it's fine with the wall charger at my girlfriend's house.
