wife's phone is hanging up constantly in the middle of calls?!

for about the last 6-8 weeks my wife's phone is constantly hanging up in the middle of phone calls...i currently have a fascinate so i don't know much about her phone.

i have done some looking around and haven't seen much, maybe i am missing a thread or post somewhere...anyone have any ideas or fixes?

How is her signal strength?

signal strength is good, proximity sensor is working fine, not sure what could be going on...i did just see something in the forums regarding hair interfering with the sensor, wonder if that could be it?

My wife has always had problems with her Droid and always thought it was her hair because I use the phone to with no problems.
