Battery still at 100% after 12h 3m 24s

Unrooted, extended battery, Bluetooth on all day, massive amount of phone calls and texts, background updates on. Always had good battery life but it has never NOT gone down during the day. Is it going to blow up? Oh, and first day running the nexus live wallpaper.Battery isn't even hot.
Droid 3 is my work phone, Razr Maxx battery sucked down pretty easily today with a lot of data, Twitter and push email.

The Motorola extended battery or a third party extended battery?

OEM battery. I let it drain overnight to 20% and then after 2 hours, 20% didn't change. So I guess the battery went bad as I had to use the original battery to get through the work day.
