ICS Software update failed

I unrooted my phone and reverted it to stock, but I am still getting a "Software Update Failed" when I try to update my Droid 4 to ICS. Anyone else having this issue?

Same thing happened to me man I unrooted my phone and tried to upgrade but it would just fail. The only way to have a successful update it's to get a different droid 4

as soon as you root the phone the first time Motorola lists it as being rooted.unfortunately that Status cannot be changed.

You have to make certain all system files are present and accounted for, including the default boot animation, any system sounds you might have disabled, etc.
