Droid 4 vs RAZR HD

Hey guys,

I have the Droid Maxx, and I love it. So I am buying my 65 year old mother her first smartphone.

On EBay I can get the Droid 4 for $90 in great condition or the RAZR HD for $129 in Nice condition.

Would those of you with Droid 4 experience recommend it?

Or is the RAZR HD worth the $40 upgrade?

I would go for RAZR HD...

If I'm not mistaken, Verizon still has new D4s for free for a new line or an upgrade, should you decide to go that way.

Thanks, she currently has a 3g phone and isn't eligible for an upgrade, so I have to buy one outright
