Incipio Feather Case - Pics

Hi guys! I have always been a guy who runs his phones naked without any issues. I've just always preferred not having a screen protector or case on my device.

The other day I decided to order the Incipio Feather case to keep at work. Most of the time I'm at my desk, but I wanted something to protect it while I'm on the plant floor. My main concern was the back of the device, as I often set it down for whatever reason. I wanted something that was thin so that I could still easily slip it in and out of my pocket. Cue the Feather.

I won't bore you with details, as we've all seen cases before. Here are some pictures and quick captions. Hopefully they help anyone looking for something similar:

Slight lip above screen which allows me to set it face-down

This lip above the buttons make them a little harder to press

TL;DR:
-fits well
-protects the back of the phone (my goal)
-still slips in & out of pocket easily
-easy to install (which makes it easy to install & remove every day for work)
-physical buttons harder to press

That looks great. I got the Diztronic matte black case off Amazon because I wasn't sure if there was a slight lip to help with face down screen protection on the Feather. I like the feel of the Diztronic but it peels my screen protector off due to the style of lip that is on it and the volume rocker and power button are covered making them more firm to press. Although the Diztronic looks good and you can not beat the price (under $10) the Feather looks more like what I am looking for. Thank you for posting such detailed pics.

I have the diztronic case as you do and I use these screen covers they are slightly smaller than the screen and do not interfere with the case. 1 3 Packs Invisible Clear LCD Screen Protector Film Motorola Droid Maxx XT1080M | eBay

Thank you. I am currently using the skinomi brand protector. I will give these a shot.

Thank you for letting us know how you like the case. The Feather has been popular over the years but I was never bit on it. I personally feel that a case must cover all edges in order to be useful. However, not everyone feels this way and for those looking for minimal protection this would be great.

I have this feather case arriving tomorrow from Amazon and I have an Incipio dual pro case coming from Verizon at some point when it is finally shipped. I really like the feather, but I might need the dual pro for more protection.
