Help to move pics from messaging and email to gallery

When someone sends me a picture in a message or email, I can't find any way to get it to my gallery. I can send it along by email and messaging to others, but at best I can download it to the download file, but from there I can only send it somewhere else or delete it, not move it to gallery. There must be a way.

If you long press the message you should be able to save the picture. This will put the image in the gallery but at times I've noticed it doesn't go to the download folder but rather the camera folder.

Use a file manager like ES File Explorer to create a folder (named e.g. Pictures) on your SD card and move these pictures of question from Download folder in the new folder. Your gallery will find this folder a show it as a new album.
