Motorola Droid MAXX - Battery monitor app?

Is there a good battery monitor app for Kit Kat? I was using Gsam before the update, and now it doesn't work.

Gsam has a patch, if yer rooted.

Gsam has a patch, if yer rooted. KK blocked out many battery state access that used to be public. Why? Typical power trip; only let you have enough to tempt you to buy needless apps.

Is there a good battery monitor app for Kit Kat? I was using Gsam before the update, and now it doesn't work.

If you just want something that shows the battery % in the notification bar, there is BatteryBot Battery Indicator or the Pro version. For something like what GSAM did for JB, they will all suffer from the same restrictions.

Today GSam had an update and claims to have no problems with Kitkat on non-rooted phones anymore.

That's 20 seconds after you started it after installation, when it hasn't collected much data. Check again after a full charge, or after a few hours, anyway.

Same results after 4 hours, except that the usage time increased. It's still junk on my phone.

Same results after 4 hours, except that the usage time increased. It's still junk on my phone.

Same after a full charge? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if there was corrupt data problems?

I'm not sure id call it junk on my phone, but I can see which apps are consuming most power, but can't see wakelock info for each app.
