So, last week I had an issue that half of my screen stopped working. Looked like it was sat on, but could guarantee that didn't happen. So I went to Verizon and they sent me a new phone under warranty. I got it on Thursday and it works as you would expect. Last night I was driving and stopped at a stoplight, picked up my phone and caught a glimpse of something in my camera. The sunlight was accentuating everything. There is a piece of string, very small, thin, white piece. It's mostly next to the lens, but some is touching the lens. Is it worth the pain of sending it back, or should I live with it? I don't notice it in pics, but don't want it to shift and sit on the lens fully. I have tried to tap the phone to see if it would move, but it doesn't. I have noticed occasionally the camera takes a while to focus, longer than my last one, so not sure if it is a byproduct of the dust, or something else. I will try to get a pic, but don't have another phone/tablet to get one with, so will have to borrow one.

Just looking for advice from the community. Still love the MAXX!

    Cheers!

Glad you really enjoy the Maxx! Well, it's really up to you. If it were me, I'd try not letting it bother me and stick it out. However, I also understand the value in having an expensive device and wanting it to be taken care of. So either way, I don't think you can go wrong - send it back or keep it.

If pictures don't show any flaw, not worth sending back. What if the replacement have even more issues?
