Welcome to Android Central.

Try holding down Power, then press Volume Up.
When the options appear, Select Wipe Cache Partition by using Volume Up or Down, then press Power once.

When it shows "no command", press and hold the VOL UP key for 10-15 seconds. While still holding the VOL UP key tap and release the POWER key. It will display additional menu options.

If that doesn't work, look on XDA Forums for further help.

(One of these days I'll type faster than belodion.)
