i cant' turn on the wifi on my phone or the bluetooth

Could you give us more details? Can't you find the place to switch them on & off? Do you manage to switch them on but they disconnect afterwards?

With this limited information, it is absolutely impossible to diagnose the problem. With ALL models, generations, and makes of Android based smartphones - use this simple reset technique to reset all connectivity features. Turn on AIRPLANE MODE and then after a few moments, turn AIRPLANE MODE off again. This will recycle all of the data connection settings and clear up most problems.

If that does not work, try rebooting the phone.

People who have reported this problem before also had installed a flashlight app (I don't know which one) so if you have a flashlight app installed, try uninstalling it.

Sounds weird, but why not try?
