Question about scrolling

I just recently upgraded from my RAZR HD to the Mini. I'm liking it so far, but there is one thing that is really annoying me: I'll try to scroll through a page with my thumb, and I end up accidentally clicking on links, pages, whatever. I'm not trying to open anything up, just scroll. I never really had this problem with my RAZR. Any advice?? Thanks.

Probably due to differences in touch sensitivity. My main advice would be to use slightly firmer pressure when swiping, since a light touch is probably being interpreted by the device as only a single point touch, as opposed to a swipe.

^^ What B. Diddy said. My wife has a little trouble with this - she is so afraid of opening a link instead of scrolling that she seems almost afraid to touch the screen, which makes it even worse. A firm pressure accompanied by actually sliding the screen seems to do the trick without opening a link.
