I'd advise patience. There have been a number of bug reports, especially on the Nexus 4 and Nexus 7. 5.0.1 is actually starting to roll out, which I suspect is just full of bugfixes. It's possible that manufacturers will now delay any Lollipop plans until they can get their hands on 5.0.1 and start tweaking it and testing it on their devices.
Id say there is still some time before it makes its way to the '13 model droids. They will do the turbo and then most likely the '13 moto x and then the droids. So probably around February at the earliest Id say.
