The Google keyboard on my droid mini keeps automatically changing to a smaller size. I can't see it because it's so small. I've tried uninstalling the update,if that's why it keeps changing, but everytime I go to send a text it's small again. Any suggestions? I'm also unable to turn off "vibrate on touch" in the sound settings screen.

Go to the keyboard settings and make sure one-handed mode isn't turned on.

Also, make sure you're not unintentionally switching to one-handed mode. After the latest update this can be done after a long press on the 'comma' or 'return' keys. To return to normal mode tap in the highlighted icon in my second screenshot.
