Three night shots, no flash.
It's hard to evaluate the difference with only 1024 px images. One thing I can see is the Google App tends to very slightly oversaturate the colors in these shots. Look at the light green bushes in the forefront, the blue SUV parked near them, the yellow paint on the curb of the landscaped island. All of these objects look more colorful in the Google app. Also take a look at the silver SUV far back on the left side of the shot. It seems to "glow" compared to the stock app and the Open Camera app.
The stock app and the Open Camera app look virtually identical with these shots. BTW, great job framing the shots and keeping a steady hand to make them nearly identical (or else you used a tripod and/or sized them in photo editing software.)
I went through these same sorts of experiments with my T1 and concluded that the stock app was pretty good, certainly no other app was better for simple shots. I tried Camera Zoom FX, Camera FV-5, and Google Camera. I liked Camera FV-5 because of the added features but I found I didn't use them very much and I really like the "shake to open" feature of the stock app.
