They should, I took a 6 year old blackberry (the first full touch screen one) and they said they would give me the full $200 when I was eligible on the 15th.

They aren't doing away with unlimited data, but they have been trying to nudge people off unlimited data for years...

Unfortunately the story went to knew nothing about this. Offered me something like 60 to 120 bucks for my turbo. Got two offers from Craigslist for 200 and 220. I'll probably go that route.
