Check Process Stats in Developer Options. That won't match up with either of those, and in my opinion is the most accurate battery life and RAM statistics. There always has been inconsistencies with third party battery apps, the stock battery stats, and built in Android battery stats (Pro Stats). Facebook and Facebook Messenger are cloaked culprits that never show how much they actually drain, and it is a lot by the way. So if that exists, there must be other apps that drain and don't show up as well.
Screen on time should be a consistent measurement. The screen was either on or off. That's different from the amount of time a service that looks for background updates for Facebook not being reported as Facebook.

Yeah, I'm really confused by this. I'll reboot and see if it happens again. Every other day prior there hasn't been a discrepancy.
