    I guess I'd start by shutting down the phone and carefully removing and replacing the SIM card, then power back up. If that doesn't help, then maybe you have a bad SIM card, so go to a Verizon Wireless store to see if you can get a new one. And if that doesn't solve it, you'll be in the right place to start a warranty replacement.
