Both my husband and I recently bought the Turbo 2's. I noticed this weekend when trying to log onto my banking info after my card info was stolen that I can't use the voice and data at the same time.
Go by Verizon store and they turn on advanced calling. Problem fixed.. or so I thought.. Now when we call each other the call sounds so weird, our voices are distorted like we are in a tube or something. If I go in and turn the video calling feature off then the phones work just fine..
So is there no way to have the video calling on and the sound quality be normal....
I just messed with my mothers Samsung S6 edge that her phone does the same. If advanced calling is fully on -HD Voice and Video calling then internet will not work while on the phone and the weird sound is there. If the video calling is off then you can use internet on phone.
