D2 vs 2016 Phones

The new crop of phones will be "better", maybe with faster processors, but I don't see anything coming down the road that would make me drop the D2 and pick up a new phone. Find me a thin phone with wireless charging, a shatterproof screen, an all day plus battery,quad resolution with expandable storage, super connectivity and pretty good sound and I'll bite.

I'm looking forward to seeing the S7; better battery, expandable storage and true water resistance reported. Camera should be top notch too. But the T2 still looks like a real good phone.

Now that you mention it, I haven't heard about any new shatterproof phones. I wonder why that is?
