Can I possibly get some insight into say...everything

What I'm trying to figure out is if there's a way to unlock my droid turbo 2 phone from a block Verizon has on it due to an "unclear" imie so I can use a different carrier. I have never ventured into the neurons and attempted to figure out how it's nervous system is going **** me off

If there's a block on your phone by VZW, then it needs to get unblocked by VZW. If the imie is blacklisted, it's probably across all carriers anyways.

As nahoku said, if Verizon has it blocked due to the imei not being clear (non payment, still on dpp, force buyout) then Verizon will have to unlock it, and they won't until whatever caused it to be blocked is taken care of.
