DW having same problem on a 2015 Moto X Pure (XT1575). Occuring about once a month and started about 3 or 4 months ago. Is this only a Moto MM issue?

fwiw, I just removed permission to 'change system settings' from the Moto apps ... dont know if it will make a difference.

Having the same issue on my Motorola XT1254 Droid. Thought I'd accidentally removed a file it needed or something to that effect and was about to go through the hassle of a factory reset just to see. But in reading this now recall that it did begin with the recent update to Marshmallow. I still hate updates, so frustrating. Hopefully by leaving a comment here, when someone discovers a cure, I will get an email notification from this string.

Thanks,

I had this issue before the 7.0 LP update, hasn't happened since.

I would think there was something wrong with the MM file on the DT2, as I don't have the problem on my MG4P running MM.

Had the incident again the other day - lost all paired devices.

Noticed this the day after my phone shut itself off after the battery was completely drained.

I posted in another thread I feel Google updates are knocking out the the pairings.

Today I updated YouTube to 12.27.53 and lost Bluetooth pairings.

Noticed today that by deleting USA Today app on my Moto G4 Play my Bluetooth pairings were deleted. I was able to duplicate this by reinstalling / uninstalling.

I now check after every app update to see if I still have pairings.

Can't tell if this is a Moto issue or a Google issue at this point.
