Sluggish as all heck

So my phone has become wicked sluggish, slow to respond etc..
Clearing the cache doesn't really help.

I want to to a factory default, but the last time I did this most of the apps never installed back.

Has this changed with the recent Google play update, or is there a trick to get all the apps to reinstall back to the phone after a reset.

I just did a factory wipe last week.

All of your Google library apps will be in the play store, remember to back up all your individual data for apps that store data on the phone. I manually reinstall.

I use this as a time to restore only the apps I use, as to not clutter up the OS.

If you want your texts I use SMS Backup and Restore successfully on 3 phones.

If it was a software issue, phone should "run like new".

but do they all install automatically or do i have to manually do them

I've always manually installed them from the library tab - I don't know if they will auto install.
