Thank you for the suggestion, but clearing the cache was attempted before doing a factory reset. As for the Yahoo! Help - I was not aware of the email address you provided; I had posted a few other problems in their Support pages, and got blow-off responses each time. I always mention what I have tried to resolve issues myself, and those items were ignored in their responses, so they basically did not read the entire script of the problem before providing a blow-off type of response (giving a link on how to clean cache, or other such help links, none of which addressed my concern.) Plus, they would close the ticket without asking if the issue was resolved or not, so I had to keep opening new ones. I gave up after multiple attempts to get decent help that way. I prefer to work with techs who pay attention to the problem details provided, and respond accordingly. Thank you very much for your response. I will try to send an email to that address, but the problem is still present today. Thanks again.
