Too bad about the excess chin and droid styling.

Hoping the camera on this one is a winner and has a maxx size battery.

    Qi charging
Moto Voice, Assist, Display, and Actions
    21 MP camera

    NO SD card
    no mention of battery size

This is tickling my insides. It better have the 3500mah battery of the old maxx!

I personally believe it will -and- will come with the turbo charger included ($35 add-on for the X) & Qi charging capability as well. Since it apparently has all the other Moto features of the Moto X I would also assume it will be compatible with Moto Hint. This is looking more & more like a grand slam - a super-charged Moto X minus the sleekness and customization. I love the look & feel of the X but for me, I have to choose function over form factor.

Ditto that - can't wait for this phone.

One of the prior leaks - either the FCC or the GLBench - confirmed a 3500mah battery.

Ever since I left my old maxx for the s5 I regretted it. S5 even has decent battery life but I need 5+ hours of screen on time to get me through the day which only my old maxx did

Well, to be honest. I absolutely love all the gorgeous ways you can "skin" the X to make it unique as well as the near perfect for factor. If I used a phone as a "phone" more and less for everything else I'd be all over it. That said, I use mine more & more for surfing and the things *most* people might be inclined to use a PC for with huge amounts of screen time. As much as I'm impressed with the X, I've got to use a bit of discretion here and go for the more powerful device. While maybe overkill, the screen should be killer, I'm delighted @ the 3GB of RAM plus of course, battery power which I've become accustomed to. It may not be pretty but it should be a performance beast - the Turbo Charge & Qi ability is for me, icing on the cake. Let's just hope Verizon doesn't muck it up!

Everyone kept saying 19MP or 20MP. I was saying 21MP, though.

Your intel has been good. Much appreciated. I just hope it continues and shamu comes to vzw as a Nexus.

Have you heard any specifics on battery size for the Droid Turbo?

3500 mah battery and I remember reading somewhere that there was sd card support. But who knows. I just tried calling vzw and the person who helped me had not seen the user manual yet either.

Just curious -- where did you hear 3500 may battery? The manual just said something about long-lasting battery and I have seen other reports about a vague "Maxx-like" battery.

It was in one of the prior leaks. FCC or GLBench, can't recall which. FCC I think.

Right, no new photos - those were leaked a few weeks ago. But this confirms a lot of what was treated as speculation after prior leaks -- like the inclusion of the Moto features and Quick Draw on the camera (YES!), camera megapixels, the Turbo Charger, etc. That's all new stuff.

That camera (which looks like it has the same software) sure better take some better pictures!
