Enjoying this phone but the only thing I don't like is that if I get a text message while the phone is in lock screen you can still view the message by pressing on the icon that appears. Is there a way to turn this off? If you leave your phone around even though it is locked anyone can see and read your text messages this way....Thanks

If Moto Display has similar options to Active Display on my Moto X (2013), there's a "More Privacy" setting that hides details and only shows that you have a new message when you have some kind of security enabled on the lock screen. I don't have access to a Turbo (maybe next time I see my parents as my mom has one) or a 2014 Moto X, so I don't know what the options are.

Based on the screenshots here, it looks like it does have that option.

Yes, go to Settings-Moto-Display, then check the "more privacy" box
