Just got my Turbo on Friday and I love it. However, yesterday I started having some slight (I'm assuming software) issues. First the play music app was moody. It wouldn't play at all and then 5 mins after giving up hope it would start playing while the phone was sitting idle. Second, the capacative buttons do not stay lit and seem to have no rhyme or reason as to when they come on or go off. I really don't mind them being off, I'm just worried there's a bigger underlying problem. Doing a soft reset seemed to resolve the music problem, but the unlit capacative key problem remains. Any info would be appreciated

They were designed to only remain lit in dark or low light environments... Thus preserving battery.

Might be as simple as led underneath malfunctioning. You better figure it out within 15 days if you want another brand new replacement phone. Otherwise, Vzw wool honor you "certified or owned". That's why in waiting to buy it straight from Motorola when available.
