Drop it on my Qi every night. On rare extremely heavy days I'll give it a bump with the turbocharger.

I usually charge at about 50%. Depends on where I am at. Home is standard charger. Work is the turbo charger. I usually have a 15000 mah battery pack with me so I might use that also.

    When it needs it...

I drop it on my Qi charger every night. If I need extra juice throughout the day, I'll throw it on the Turbo charger. I rarely let my battery go below 25%,just my preference.

Wireless Nokia DT910 Qi stand at night, Turbo car charger on the way home from work.

When I am coming home from work I usually go from 60%-95%, and over night 65%-100%.

I use my phone a lot, lol.

I put mine on a wireless charger at night. It's usually at 45% when I go to bed. Over thanksgiving weekend I was away and used the turbo charger. I really liked how quick the turbo charger was. I might start using that more.

I think asking that in a note 4 forum you might get a lot of note 4 answers lol

Seriously though my note 4 puchase came down to the s-pen. Since the first Note it is my favorite feature.

I returned my turbo for the note 4. Couldn't deal with no data and voice at the same time. I'm extremely happy with the note 4, much better in my opinion. Only thing better on the turbo is near stock os and active notifications.

Well im going to return my droid turbo tomorrow for thr note 4. I dont like the sixe of the turbo, the screens too small. And battery isnt actually a huge difference because my dad has a note 4 and ive done some tests. Theres a diffrence but not huge. Smoothness does go to the turbo but also not by a lot and hoping samsung will clear som bloat later.

Not a Note 4 user but i use Samsung S5. I always charge mine around 5-10%. I've also asked this question way back and people said that it does not matter. xD Charge it if you are going out and using it heavily even though it is still 50% they said.

    This.

It's your phone, use it how you want to.

I see no reason why someone should worry about lifespan impacts due to charging habits of a $30 user replaceable battery.

For me, I top off frequently as its more important that I never run out of power.

My usage is light, about an hour of screen on time per work day and another 2 in the evening. I end the night with between 50 and 80% depending on use and I'll pop it on the charger overnight to be at 100% when I pull it off at 6am.

Great! If that's the case then why not charge it when you have the chance? Nothing wrong with a quick top off mid day and then charging overnight.

Every battery has a 500 life cycles... one life cycle is like u get down below 20% and charge it to full... this isjust for your info... As a note 4 owner, you should never worry about the battery, casue u can replace with the new one any other day, unlike most of the unibody flagships.... use the note 4 at your will, unleash the beast... i am using all the guesters , multitasking, LTE and wifi, GPS every thing on....and i charge my phone once a day....... Note 4 simply rocks..

I always just full charge overnight, then I get a full day of use. I typically never need to touch a charger again during the day. (except when using as a GPS with the display at 100%)

As mentioned, you get like 500 FULL cycles of life. But, if you recharged at 50%, you get more like 1000 cycles. Recharge at 75%, get 2000 cycles.
Do not do deep discharges, unless that is what your day requires.
Basically, full charge when it is convenient. You bought it to be convenient after all and the battery is easy to replace.

The 500 cycles thing is not a fixed number. It is an expectation, or a possibility. Not a guarantee.

Factors that impact the service life of your battery are temperature extremes, depth of discharge, and charge cycles.

If you don't care about the lifespan of the battery because replacement batteries are cheap, then don't worry about it and use the phone as you need to for your lifestyle. Buy a replacement when the charge life begins to erode. But don't expect to reach 500 cycles either.

If you want to maximize the service life of your battery, don't let it get too hot (like leaving it in a hot car or taking it out on the beach in the summer), and don't wait until it's dead or down to 5-10% to recharge.
