Verizon Motorola Droid Turbo Is there issues with Google Services?

I've been having a ton of issues with Google since yesterday.

-Hangouts doesn't notify me of new messages. If I open Hangouts it says there are no new messages either. Only when I click on a conversation do messages begin to flow in. I've seen messages that were 8 hours old randomly show up!

-GMail seems to be slow. I'm not always getting my messages unless I reboot my phone.

-I couldn't set up Google Voice for an hour and gave up. I did the proper steps but Google Voice never took over despite saying it would.

I read others with the Hangout and Gmail issues. Not sure if Voice is related.

I've had hangouts fall to notify once.

Its been better today but it has failed a couple times. Frustrating.
